Weekly Status Report # 7, 8 and 9

Work done in last 3 weeks:
Sorry, I could not post the status reports in last two weeks. In
these weeks I’ve implemented the rule ToStringReturnsNullRule

Work planned for next week:
To implement the rule EqualShouldHandleNullArg
